The Three M's Workshops
The Three M's offers a FREE three week workshop for middle school students in North Carolina. The workshop provides leadership training, opportunities for financial literacy learning, and awareness of resources available to boys and girls.
The Three M's Leadership Academy
The Three M's offers a FREE five month leadership academy for middle and high school students in Durham, North Carolina. The leadership academy focuses on leadership development for middle and high school boys and girls.
Goals Program
A year-round program designed to teach
participants the importance of goal setting and
the necessity of dividing goals into objectives-
steps to climb in order to reach the overall goal. This program focuses on goal setting, self exploration, service learning, and leadership.
Visions Program
A year-round program designed to help
students make visions, and as importantly, know the difference between visions and goals. Participants must complete the Goals Program before entering The Visions Program. This program focuses on mentorship, financial literacy, and interpersonal relationships.
Dreams Program
A year-round program designed to
combine the first two programs where
students will develop dream boards of
their goals, how those goals lead to
visions, and how those visions make their
dreams realities. This program focuses on career development, mentor-internship, and preparing for higher education.
The Three M's Conference 2025
An annual 3-day overnight retreat for all past and current program participants. The conference includes annual action planning, leadership development and rewards and recognition for The Three M's Participants.
